Dwight Curtis Edger, age 72 of Hazel Green passed away Sept. 26, 2018.
He is survived by his wife Patricia Ann Edger; son Matt (Mary Beth) Edger; sister Pat Edger Flanagan; two brothers James Doyle Edger and Wayne Edger; stepson Bryan Drake; a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Mr. Edger was preceded in death by his daughter Amanda Edger Bishop, father Joseph Ed Edger, mother Thelma Geddings Winkles, and brother Jimmy Dale Edger.
Mr. Edger retired from the Madison County Sheriff’s Dept. as Investigator after 31 years of law enforcement.
Visitation is Friday, Sept. 28, 2018, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. The funeral service is Sat. Sept. 29, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home officiated by Brother William Cantrell. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
