Drug Bust In Elkmont Nets Drugs And Four Suspects

ATHENS-Earlier this week, Sheriff Josh McLaughlin, the Limestone County Narcotics Unit, the Limestone County SWAT Team, and LCSO K-9 “Hoss” conducted a narcotics operation in the Elkmont community. As a result of the operation, over 520 Grams (just over 1 pound) of Methamphetamine, three firearms, and a numerous variation of pills were seized.
Randall Daly, of Elkmont, AL, was placed under arrest and charged with Drug Trafficking (Methamphetamine), Distribution of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Certain Persons Forbidden- Ex-Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Illegal Possession of Dangerous Drugs, and Illegal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Daly remains in the Limestone County Jail awaiting a bond.
Tammy Sisemore, of Elkmont, AL, was placed under arrest and charged with Illegal Possession of Dangerous Drugs. Sisemore has been released from the Limestone County Jail on bond.
Charles Phillips, of Elkmont, AL, was placed under arrest and charged with Illegal Possession of Dangerous Drugs (Methamphetamine). Phillips has been released from the Limestone County Jail on bond.
Carol Scott, of Elkmont, AL, was placed under arrest and charged with Illegal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Scott has been released from the Limestone County Jail on bond.
