Doyle Homer Bevis, 73, of Killen, passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2013. Visitation will be Saturday, August 10, 10:00-12:00 P.M. at Spry~Williams Funeral Home, Florence. The funeral service will be Saturday, August 10, 12:00 Noon in the funeral home chapel with Brother Sonny Owens officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Cypress In. TN. He worked for TVA for years through the Machinist Local. Survivors include Son: Danny Bevis (Lisa) Florence Daughter: Shelia Bevis Kress (Justin) of Kennesaw, Ga. Sisters: Carolyn Hice \(Jerry) of Florence. Grandchildren: Brandi Haygood, Matthew Bevis, Brittany Kress and Desiree Kress. Great Granddaughter: Blair Haygood Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
