Dovie T. Key – Obituary

Dovie T. Key, 90, passed away on Christmas night. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Howard Key. Her survivors include her children, Janice Key-Walding and Donald (Donnie) Howard Key; her grandchildren, John Howard Walding and Charley Key Walding; her “adopted” granddaughters, Amber Montgomery and Samantha Sutton; her beloved cats, Bootsie, Pebbles and The Lynx, and her grandkitten, Hank (senior, not junior). Her passions included eating her daughter’s world famous cornbread and her son’s squash dressing, sewing, working in her yard and spoiling her grandsons. Her family asks that any memorial donations be made to the Decatur Animal Shelter.
