Funeral for Dovell Haley, 81, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ridout’s Brown-Service Chapel with burial in Decatur City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. He was the husband of Carolyn Haley.
