Mr. Douglas McArthur Clark, age 73, died Sunday, Sept. 18, 2016, at his residence. Mr. Clark was born Jan. 29, 1943, in Calhoun County, Alabama. He worked as a boilermaker, attended Friendship Church, and was an avid Alabama fan.
Mr. Clark’s wishes were to be cremated.
He is survived by son, Brandon D. Clark, of Alabama; daughter, Freida Clark Brown, of New Jersey; sisters, Loretta Allen, of Alabama, and Lois Allen, of Alabama; ex-wife, Connie Clark, of Alabama; grandchildren, Megan, Alexis, and Olivia; great-grandson, Elijah; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by parents, Mack Elmon and Gracie Calhoun Clark; daughter, Traci Clark Holland; brothers, Lenward, Nathaniel, David, Franklin, Darrell, and Calvin Clark; and sisters, Lorraine Edwards, Louise Carden, and Linda Robinson
