Visitation for Douglas Ferrell Leipert, age 78, of Cullman, will be from 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2020, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mr. Leipert passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2020, at his residence. He was born August 31, 1942, to Ervin and Willie Katherine Leipert.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Melba Jean Leipert; brothers, Wayne Leipert and Jerry Leipert; and sister, Doris Warden.
Survivors include his sons, Gregory (Sedena) Leipert, Jeffrey Leipert, and Michael Leipert; daughters, Kimberly (Britt) Steele and Karen (Phillip) Calvert; grandchildren, Dustin Leipert, Nathan Calvert, Angel (Levi) Dees, Britton Steele, Jacob Heaton, Michaela Leipert, Anna Steele, Heaven Leipert, Mikey Leipert, Alana Leipert, and Izek Leipert; brothers, Ricky Leipert and Don Leipert; sisters, Cathy Mork, Pam Leipert, and Nancy Roat; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends
