Douglas Edward Richardson, 71, died Monday, Sept. 29, 2014. Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Sunday at Elkins Funeral Home, Florence. The memorial service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
