Doug Lewis 71, of Corinth, MS, passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at MS Care Center. He was born September 18, 1954 in Biloxi, MS to Walter Clyde Lewis and Bonnie Euda Vandiver Lewis. He was a member of Pinecrest Baptist Church and a retired cabinet maker for Smith Cabinets. He enjoyed playing guitar, cooking, playing chess, singing and was a prankster, who loved playing pranks on his sisters. Since he had a green thumb, he loved taking care of his house plants. Mr. Lewis was a very good Dad and loved his dog, Buddy. Doug is survived by his son, Joshua Lewis; his daughter, Stacey Lewis; 2 grandchildren, Alexis Freeman and Alex Freeman; his sisters, Debbie Puckett, Sherron Rinehart, Mary Blundell (Mike) and Margaret Yates (Lawrence); several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Lewis and his mother, Euda Vandiver Lewis. No service is planned at this time.
