Dot Phillips, 76, died Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Loretto Memorial Chapel. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Fairview Cemetery. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.
