Funeral service for Dorthy Lee Guess, 76, will be Friday, November 1, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Valhermoso Holiness Church with Rev. Melvin Brown and Rev. Tim Patrick officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. The body will lie in state for one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Valhermoso Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, October 31, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Guess died on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at her residence. She was born March 1, 1937, in Morgan County to Herbert Earl McCutcheon and Grace Lurleen Winton McCutcheon. She was as homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband: J.D. Guess and her parents.
