Dorothy Witt Greene, 86, passed away Friday, October 23, 2026, at home. She was retired from Zales Jewelry and a member of Glendale Church of Christ.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 11a.m. -12 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home.
The funeral will follow in the chapel at 12 p.m. with Joel Cauldle, Ben Siegel, and Wayne Wood officiating.
Burial will be held at Greenview Memorial Park.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Haggard Greene; her parents, Clyde and Etta Witt; siblings, Ruth Grigsby, James Witt, Vergil Witt, Ila Jean Wallace, Betty Lou Olive, and Mary Sharp.
She is survived by her brother, Danny Witt, Florence, AL and sister, Diane Cypert (Richard), Florence, AL.
Pallbearers will be Jody Cypert, Chad Witt, Craig Witt, Evan Witt, Dylan Sharp and Devan Sharp.
