Dorothy Pearl Ethridge, age 86, of Cherokee, passed away on Friday, February 17th, 2017. Her visitation will be Sunday, February 19th, 2017 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Cherokee. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Gary Cosby officiating. Burial will be in Barton Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband “J.L.” Ethridge, and parents Sam and Leslie Hall. Dorothy was a Christian.
She is survived by her sons, Randy Ethridge (Kay), Danny Ethridge (Dana), and Rick Ethridge (Bettye); brother, Bill Hall; sisters, Dora Hall and Amye Brookes; 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
