Dorothy Marie O’Kelley, 78, of Florence, passed away June 3, 2015. She was a member of Murphy’s Chapel Freewill Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Friday, June 5, 2015 from 6–9 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Saturday, June 6, 2015 at 11 a.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Shields and Brother Michael Cole officiating. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.
Mrs. O’Kelley was preceded in death by her husband, James Wesley O’Kelley, Jr.; son, James Edward O’Kelley; father, George Chambers; mother, Goldie Chambers; brothers, Doyle Chambers; Bobby Ray Chambers, George Chambers, Jr.; grandson, Christopher O’Kelley.
She is survived by her sons, Charles Steve O’Kelley and wife Rhonda, Dennis Ray O’Kelley; daughter, Wanda Darlene Brown and husband Ronald; sisters, Louise Belew, Annie Ruth Staggs, Geneva Chambers, Barbara “Sissy” White (Merel); grandchildren, Maria O’Kelley Coyer (Harley), Tracy Neff (Tim),Timothy Blackstock (Cathy), Stephanie O’Kelley (Stacey), Tiffany Pace, Ashley Brown, Shane O’Kelley, Drew Brown, Matthew Brown; great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Brandon, Justin, Tia, Brittany, Destiny, Nick, Preston, Peyton, Emma, and Nathan; great-great-grandchild, Summer; and a host of nieces and nephews.
