Dorothy Louise Woods, age 96, of Florence, Alabama, passed away on September 4, 2026. Memorial services will be held on Monday 7, 2026 at Williams Funeral Home at 11:00 am. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. Officiating will be Tony Arnold.
She is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Lucille Womble. Her husband Ruydof Woods. Grandchild Micheal LeFan. Son Rocky Duane Woods. Siblings: R.C. Womble, L.B. Womble (Emogene), Buck Womble, Margaret Ivy (Ray), Fay Davis (Leon), and Ruby Hanback (Ivin).
Dorothy is survived by her children: Kathy LeFan, Jeffrey Lynn Woods (Sandra), Ronald Lee Woods (Bobbie), Sandy Dean Woods, (Lynn), and Tony Randall Woods. Grandchildren: Dana Aycock (Zack), Justin Woods (Kelley), Jessica Woods, and Kyle Woods (Silvana). Numerous great-grandchildren.
She was a member of the Church of Christ.
