Dorothy Joan Fox, age 89, of Madison, TN passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at NHC Healthcare of Lawrenceburg in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was a native of Maury County, TN, retired supervisor of nursing at Bordeaux Hospital, and a member of Seventh Day Adventist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh Fisher and Vertie Mae Hicks Fox.
She is survived by

Anthony Fox (Connie), Morrison, TN
Ronald Fox (Dean), Lawrenceburg, TN
Several Great Nieces and Great Nephews also survive.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Mt. Ararat Cemetery at 11:00 AM Friday, March 25, 2016, with Lloyd Schomburg officiating. Family suggests memorials be made to Seventh Day Adventist Church or Lawrenceburg Animal Shelter.
