Dorothy Jean Turner 77 passed away Monday, June 1, 2019 at her home in Booneville, MS. She was born July 30, 2019 in Prentiss County nto the lat Walter Welch and Julie Bell Pannell Welch.
She was a member of Ruben-Chapel C.M. E. Church in Baldwyn, MS.
She leaves to mourn her passing two daughters, Clara McMillion (Larry Sr.) and Yolanda Lowery (Lenard); one son, James Tyrone Welch (Jackie); three sisters, Annie M. Conley, Judy Welch and Deloris Warren; two brothers, Wayne Welch and Perry Welch (Alfredia); five grandchildren, four great grandchildren and three great- great grandchildren;
