Dorothy Jean Bendall, age 82, Leighton, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2015.
The visitation was noon-2 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 2015, at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, Ala. The funeral service was 2 p.m., Saturday, April 11, 2015, in the funeral home chapel with Brother Dennis Stewart officiating. Interment was in Old Bethel Cemetery.
Pallbearers were be close family.
She is preceded in death by husband, J.C. Bendall.
She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Cox and husband, Hershel; sons, Wayne Bendall and wife, Margie, Ed Bendall and wife, Sandy.
Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, Ala., assisted the family with local arrangements.
