Dorothy Ivalee Pitts ,86, of Boaz, AL, passed from this life on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at the Crossville Nursing Home. Per her request she will be cremated and no formal services are being planned at this time. She will be laid to rest next to her late husband in The National Cemetery in Chattanooga, TN. Preceded in death by her husband, Keith Martin Pitts, mother, Addie Eva Maples Duncan, father, Joe Berry “J.B.” Duncan, brother, Cecil Duncan, son, Gary Mack Pitts, granddaughter, Misty Delane Kaiser. She is survived by her daughters, Sheila Hill of Boaz, AL, Shelbra Delane Morrow of Boaz, AL, sister, Helen Rowan of Altoona, AL, grandchildren, Kelli Michelle Flood (Brandon) of Chattanooga, TN, Barry Wayde Hill (Matonda) of Huntsville, AL, Karry Michael Ables (Heather) of Gadsden, AL, 10 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren. Albertville Funeral Home Downtown is assisting the family with arrangements.
