Dorothy Faye Davis Hendon, 84, of Florence passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2016. With her passing, she and her late husband, Sonny Hendon are together again.
Visitation will be Friday, June 10, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Spry~Williams Funeral Home with the service to follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
Thanks to Dr. Walker, Dorothy lived her dream of becoming a nurse.
Along with her husband, Sonny Hendon, she was preceded in death by her son, Mickey Hendon and great- grandson, Elijah Payne.
Survivors include her daughters, Diane Pickens (Randy) of Sheffield, Barbara Conner (Jay) of Las Vegas, Nevada, Peggy Lynn Mabry (Bug) of Florence, Suzy Cox (Olive) of Florence; son, Ronald Hendon (Donna) of Center Star; brothers, John Dee Davis of Florence and Jerry Glen Davis of Michigan.
