Dorothy Carolyn Gaines, 82, died Friday, Jan. 9, 2015. Visitation will be 9:30-11 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church of Cherokee. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial in Cherokee Memorial Park.
