Mrs. Dorothea Rogers age 81 of Warrior formerly of Horton, passed away at UAB, Sunday, October 20, 2019. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 23, 2019, at 12:00 pm at Adams Brown Service Funeral Home with Bro. Kent McClendon officiating, the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. till time of the service, burial will follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Horton. She is survived by daughters; Debra (Jack) McDaniel, Sonya (Mike) O’Rourke, sisters; Barbara Ivey, Effie Joyce Warr, brother; Floyd Bowen, grandchildren; Rachel (Ross) Purser, Jeremy (Julianne) McDaniel, Brandy (Jon) Stacey, Katie (Chris) Brasher, great-grandchildren; Hannah Stacey, Hayden Stacey, Logan Stacey, Tori Brasher. She was preceded in death by her parents; Leroy & Alline Bowen, husband; Gene Rogers.
