Mr. Dorman Lavaughn Baird age 72 of Boaz passed away at his home on Tuesday, August 27, 2019. A visitation will be held Thursday, August 29, 2019, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm with the service at 3:00 pm in the chapel, burial will follow at Smith Chapel Cemetery in Boaz. He is survived by his wife Barbara Baird, son; Justin Baird, granddaughter; Halli Baird and sister Syble Scott. He was preceded in death by parents; Alvie & Ernest Baird, brothers; Tom Baird, Duke Baird, Buck Baird & sister; Irene Williams.
