Doris Virginia Newman, 90, of Gurley, passed away Monday, February 15.
She is survived by her stepdaughter, Denise Lanford; sisters, Jimmie Newman and Mary Milam; brothers, James Andrews and Dale Andrews; four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. Doris is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Newman; brother, Bernard Andrews; and by her stepdaughter, Tammy Jo White.
Visitation will be on Friday, February 19 from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow directly after at 2 p.m. with Tim Orbison officiating. Interment will be at Huntsville Memory Gardens.
