Doris Mullinax Butler, age 75 of Carbon Hill, passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at Hendrix Health and Rehab.
The family will receive friends on Friday, June 17, 2016 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 1:00 PM in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Old Flatwoods Cemetery. Raymond Stewart will officiate.
Mrs. Butler was preceded in death by her Parents-John and Ola Mullinax; Son-Ronald Lynn Butler.
She is survived by her Daughters-Rhonda Berry and Patti Taylor (Matt); Sons-Randall Butler and Doug Butler (Phyllis); Sister-Joyce Marcus; 16 Grandchildren; 20 Great Grandchildren; Extended family-daughter Wendy Carlson and all employees of Hendrix Health and Rehab.
