Doris Hampton, age 71 of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020. She was of the Christian faith and was a loving wife and mother.
She is preceded in death by her Parents, Floyd and Lena Hopson; Brothers, Virgil Smith, Edward Smith, Bobby Hopson; Sister Marie McDonald.
She is survived by her Husband, Charles Hampton; Sons, Donnie Barnes, Bobby Barnes (Angie); Step Son, Charles Hampton Jr. (Kimberly); Daughter, Tara Shelton (Harley); Step Daughter, Wendy Eldridge (Steve); Brothers, Charles Smith, Emmit McDonald; Sisters, Ann Barnes, Rita McDonald (Jerry); 10 Grandchildren; several Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at the Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Chapel on Friday, December 18, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with the Funeral Service to follow at 12:00 p.m.
Interment will be at Old Ethridge Cemetery.
