Funeral service for Doris Fern Neaves McCulloch, age 85, of Decatur, will be Friday, December 30, 2016, 1:00 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dallas Culver officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to service. Interment will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mrs. McCulloch, who died Wednesday, December 28 , 2016, at her residence, was born June 25, 1931, in Taft, TN, to Walter Neaves and Eva O. Greene Neaves. She owned and operated West Moulton Street Laundry and McCulloch Appliance for 58 years.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Lucian McCulloch, Sr. of Decatur; son, Lucian D. “Mack” McCulloch, Jr. (Serena) of Decatur; and daughter, Pam McCulloch of Decatur.
Pallbearers will be Melvin Miller, Pat McCulloch, Buck McCulloch, Jeff McCulloch, Mark Clark, and Larry Self
