Doreen Annette Waldrep passed on May 1, 2026, at the age of 70. Born April 16, 1956, to Oxford O’Neal and Stella Marie Ray, she was a resident of Cullman, Alabama.She was preceded in death by her parents, Oxford O’Neal and Stella Marie Ray; her husband, Michael Waldrep; her sisters, Virginia “Kathy” Buchanan & Nancy Harden; and her brother, Randy Ray.
She is survived by her daughter, Joy Waldrep Powell; her son, Scottie Waldrep; her grandchildren, Lily Grace Powell and Aiden Ty Waldrep; her sisters, Diana Monk, Betty Hall, Teresa Hughes, Pam Bentley, and Sandra Douglas (Calvin); and her brother, Rodney Ray. as well as The Waldrep and Smith Families and a host of nieces and nephews
Visitation will be held at Moss-Service Funeral Home, 1901 2nd Ave North West, Cullman, AL 35055, US, on May 7, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at Moss-Service Funeral Home, 1901 2nd Ave North West, Cullman, AL 350555827, US, on May 8, 2026, to 1:00 pm.
A Graveside Committal Service will be held at Flint Creek Cemetery, 3048 Co Rd 1354, Vinemont, AL 35179, US, on May 8, 2026.
