Dora Mae Stewart Brindley, 89, went home peacefully July 10, 2017 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease at Bon Secours Nursing Home in St. Petersburg, FL.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 22 at Nichols Funeral Home, Addison, AL from 10:00am to noon, where services will be at 12:00pm.

She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Frances and Robert Howell, Kenneth City, FL; son and daughter-in-law, David and Debi Brindley, Plantation, FL; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; four brothers, and two sisters.

Dora was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Owen; younger daughter, Debbie; parents, Milous and Georgia Stewart; brothers, Wallace and Willis Stewart; and sister, Margaret Chambers.
