Mrs. Dora Louise Phillips Gant, age 88, of Dora passed away Sunday, April 17, 2022 at her residence. Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial in Dilworth Cemetery. Earl Barnett will officiate. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until time of services. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Wesley Gant; daughter, Helen Amelia Allen; and husband, William E. Conners.
She is survived by her daughters, Jackalene Barnes Andrews (Steven) and Ramonia Sharitt; sons, Jerome Gant (Deborah), Samuel Gant (Anita) and William Glazer Gant (Lisa); and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
