Dora Irene Vance, age 83 of Bagley, passed away Saturday March 13, 2021. She was a homemaker and a member of New Temple Baptist Church. She was an avid Alabama football fan. Two of her favorite things during her residency at Covenant Place, were, getting her hair fixed and playing bingo. She also loved gospel music.
Graveside services and interment will be Thursday March 18, 2021 at 2:30 pm at Ne Horizon Memorial Gardens. The family request that everyone attending please adhere to Covid-19 protocols, especially face coverings.
She was preceded in death by her husband Leon David Vance; parents, Robert A. Harland, Sr. and Mae Harland; siblings, Robert A. Harland Jr., Martin Harland, Marvin Harland, Elsie Mae Murphree and Vivian Chambers.
Survivors include her children, Ronnie Vance, Donna Allums and husband Steve and James Vance; grandchildren, Clint Vance, Nic Allums, Natalie Allums and Jeffrey Woods; six great grandchildren; brothers, George, James and Clifford Harland; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
