Memorial Services for Mrs. Donna Upchurch, age 58 of Ashland, will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2025 at Benefield Funeral Home in Ashland at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Warren Ford officiating.
Mrs. Upchurch passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at her home. She was a lifelong resident of Clay County, and was a devoted stay at home mother to her three children. She enjoyed being outside, riding back roads, or going to yard sales and thrift stores. Mrs. Upchurch also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She was described as friendly, loving, sill at times, but was full of life.
Mrs. Upchurch is survived by three children: Tyler Mastin (Shaeley) of Lineville, Derek Mastin of Oxford, and Kayla Mastin of Sylacauga; three grandchildren: Camryn Mastin, Kaylen Mastin, and Kaden Cantrell; one brother, David Upchurch (Brittany) of Ashland; her niece, Brianna Railey (John David) and other extended family;
She was preceded in death by her parents: Charles Dwight and Ottilu McCain Upchurch; and her grandparents: J.C. and Annie Mae Tomlin Upchurch and James Ottis and Claudia Lou Davis McCain.
Her visitation will take place on Sunday, November 2, 2025 at Benefield Funeral Home in Ashland beginning at 1:00 P.M. until service time at 2:00 P.M.
