Donna Lynn Chadwick, 52, of Elkmont, passed away on May 19, 2018 surrounded by her family. A Virginia native, she will be remembered for
her big heart and infectious smile.
Mrs. Chadwick is survived by her husband of 11 years, Lee Chadwick; mother Mildred Puffenbarger; brother Michael Puffenbarger; niece Holly
Fields (Michael); and great-nephew Cole Fields. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Puffenbarger and brother George McCauley.
Memorial service will be held Monday, May 21st at 6:30 p.m. at Hillwood Baptist Church in Huntsville. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
