Donna Faye Craig, age 78, from Athens died Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at Huntsville Hospital. She was born on March 30, 1947 to Daniel Foard and Helen Hood Foard in Louisville, Kentucky. She was a member of the Oakland Church of Christ, a retired school teacher and served 38 years as a Troop leader for the Girl Scouts of America. Services will be Saturday, October 25th at 2:00 p.m. in the Spry Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Valley View Cemetery. There will be a visitation at 12:00 noon also at Spry Funeral Home. She is survived by her husband, Travis Huffman, of Athens, two sons, Miles Craig (Mary) of Athens, Daniel Craig (Jessi) of Athens, three daughters, Tonia Matheny of Moody, Alabama, Krystal Brackeen of Athens, Nikkia Coburn (Steve) of Phoenix, Arizona, brother, Don Foard (Pam) of Louisville, Kentucky, sister, Tammy Harrison (Morris) of Louisville, Kentucky, seventeen grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Mack Craig, Daughter, Wendy Nicole Craig, Son, Charles Donald Craig, and granddaughter, D.J. Coburn.
