Donna Carol Hipp-Hill of Chandler, Arizona passed away August 6, 2025 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born December 9, 1948 in Florence, Alabama to Donald and Carolyn Hipp.
“DC” shared 33 years of marriage with Ronald Hill and embraced his children, Bryan Hill, Jamie Hill, Jennifer Sullivan and grandchildren, Virginia, Parker, and Adeline as her own. Her close-knit family included siblings, Don Hipp Jr (Joan), Barbara Hipp, Ruth Hipp (David), Doug Hipp (Pam); nieces and nephews, Lauren, Kathryn, Steven, Cassidy and Sarah.
Donna dedicated her life to education, devoting 42 years as a special education teacher. Her commitment to students left a lasting impact on countless lives. She graduated from Coffee High School in Florence where she was a cheerleader, and earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in Education from the University of Alabama where she was a proud member of Tri Delta Sorority Delta Mu Chapter.
Beyond classroom and family life, Donna found joy in creativity and exploration. She was an avid jewelry maker whose pieces reflected her vibrant spirit. Her passion for traveling and photography allowed her to capture the beauty of the world through her lens. A devoted dog mom, over the years she lovingly cared for Pumpkin, Pepe, Chachi, Hairy, Mo, Nobel, Sweet Pea, and Apple.
Donna’s warmth and dedication touched so many lives! May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
