Donna Ann Flatt, 72, Passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis. She was born January 2, 1954. She worked as an LPN.A Celebration of Life Gathering will be 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at McMillan Funeral Home with Dr. Sean Reynolds officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 P.m. until 3:00 P.M. Wednesday.
She is survived by two sons, Chris Flatt and Blake Flatt; one brother, Anthony Cox; three sisters, Pam Cox, Ava Cox and Karen Arther; and three grandchildren, Caleb Flatt, Cayden Flatt and Gabriel Flatt.
She was preceded in death by her father, Richard T. Cox.
