Mr. Donald Wayne Smith, age 49 of Elkmont, AL passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Athens Limestone Hospital. He was born on March 15, 1970 in Phoenix, AZ to Allen Smith and Catherine McElyea Smith.
Mr. Smith is survived by his son, Nick Smith; daughter, Hannah Smith; sisters, Sherry Chambers, Brenda Smith; brothers, Ronnie Smith, David Odom and Mike Smith; several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
A memorial service for Mr. Smith will be held at 3:00PM on Sunday, July 21, 2019 at Freedom Church on Hwy 127 with Joe Jones and Jonathan Ivy officiating.
