Donald Wade Smith, age 60, of the Ostella community, passed away Thursday, August 7th, 2025, at Maury Regional Hospital.
He was born June 4th, 1965, in Lewisburg, Tennessee, to the late Herman and Helen Fuller Smith. He was a assembler for AmTech and loved farming and fishing.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Lee Smith.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Suzanne Carsello Smith, one son, Thaddeus Wade Smith of Cornersville, grandchildren, Jayda Mae Smith, and Thaddeus Wade Smith II, and one sister, Cheryl Campbell of Cornersville.
Visitation with the family will be held at Cornersville Funeral Home 310 North Main St., Cornersville, TN 37047 on Monday, August 11th, 2025, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and will continue on Tuesday, August 12th, 2025, until the funeral hour.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, August 12th, 2025, at 10:00 am from the Chapel of Cornersville Funeral Home 310 North Main St., Cornersville, TN 37047 with burial to follow in Short Cemetery.
