Donald R. “Don” Merchant, 54, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2013, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo . He was born September 9, 1958 to Bobby and Faye Easter Merchant in Vernon, AL. He was employed with Lane Furniture. He was an avid Auburn Football fan, enjoyed bass fishing, watching T.V. and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his Wife, Bonnie Merchant of Fulton, MS, Parents, Bobby and Faye Easter Merchant of Sulligent, AL, daughter, Angie (Brad) Thomas of Sulligent, AL, Son, Chad Merchant of Fulton, MS, Daughter, Tiffany Merchant of Fulton, MS, Grandsons, Devin Keller, Jesse Keller, Chase Keller all of Sulligent, AL, Twin Granddaughters, Addison and Madison Merchant, Brother, Tommy (Peggy) Merchant of Sulligent, AL, Brother, Dennis Merchant of Sulligent, AL, Sister, Becky (Lynn) Godsey of Sulligent, AL.

He was precededin death by a brother, Roger Merchant.

Pallbearers will be Michael Merchant, Jason Godsey, Michael Parker, J.D. Schmidt, Randy Bell, Jeremy Kell.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Donnie Thorn, and Jimmy Tidwell.
