Donald Nelson Gunn of Franklin, TN passed away on Monday, January 20th, 2025 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He was born in Detroit, MI on September 21, 1935 and was 89 years old.
Donald served in the US Army for 21 years. He loved photography and taught it to many. He was skilled with guns and very well rounded. Donald loved everybody whether you where his or not you were family.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th, 2025 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
The funeral service will take place on Sunday, January 26th, 2025 at 3:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May & Piece Funeral Home.
The burial will be at Maplewood Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by, his parents, Nelson Harold and Mary Fayes Gunn, first wife, Jovena Gunn, sisters, Mary Fayes and Nellie Gunn, and niece, Christina Tanker.
