Funeral service for Dolly B. Holmes, 84, will be Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Larry Culp officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Hartselle City Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, May 2, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Holmes died on Monday, April 29, 2024 at her residence. She was born January 11, 1940, in Dekalb County, Tennessee, to Frances Wilson.
She was employed as a Dietician and Lunchroom Worker for Morgan County High School, prior to her retirement. Preceding her in death were her husband, Wilburn Leon Holmes, her parents, and her brother, Nelson Miller.
