Dollie D. Baxter, 88, of Iuka, MS, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. Dollie enjoyed gardening, putting together jigsaw puzzles, and crocheting. She also enjoyed cooking a good meal for her family and friends and spending as much time as possible with them. She was a member of Iuka Gospel Chapel. She is survived by her daughters, Denise Rater (Gary) and Donna Boyles (Donald); her sons, Steve Woodall (Lee) and Mark Baxter (Joy); 9 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bennett Baxter; her parents, Irvin and Eulila Holland; an infant child; and several siblings. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, December 20, 2020 from 12 Noon until 1:00 P.M. at Iuka Gospel Chapel. Services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Iuka Gospel Chapel, officiated by Bro. Tommy Nichols. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ben Baxter, Gary Rater, Donald Boyles, Mike Boyles, Mike Province, and Lanny Cleveland. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Mrs. Dollie’s name to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital or to Iuka Gospel Chapel.
