Diana Thomason Steele, 68, of Killen, died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014, at UAB Hospital.
A memorial service will be Friday, Dec. 19, 2014, at Elkins East Chapel at 6 p.m. with Jacin Humphrey officiating.
Mrs. Steele is survived by her husband, Tony Steele; daughter, Tracey Davis; son, Jim Thomason; stepson, Jeffery Steele; sister, Donna Riggs; five grandchildren, Mandy, Hunter, Kyle, Jennifer, and Carlie; and two great-grandchildren Kaitlyn and Josiah.
Mrs. Steele was a member of Greenhill Baptist Church. She was born in Birmingham, Alabama and was a homemaker and loved caring for her family.
