MUSCLE SHOALS-Traffic alerts for those coming into Muscle Shoals this morning, Woodward Avenue/Highway 43 is closed from Jackson Highway in Sheffield to Avalon Avenue. John R from Avalon to 2nd Street is closed, as well as the connector streets to 2nd Street through the neighborhoods. Use Jackson Highway and Cox Blvd on the west side or Wilson Dam Road on the east side. Trying to cut through neighborhoods is not a viable option and is only going to make a bad situation worse.
