Mrs. Dessie Hydee Atkinson , age 94 of Huntsville, died Thursday at a local hospital.
She is survived by her three sons, Ben David Atkinson, Danny Atkinson, and Kenneth Atkinson, two daughters, Sherry Whiteside and Patricia Frazer, brother – Ben Harris, nine grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Arrangement are being handled by Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville, where the family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Saturday, March 01, 2014. A service will be held Saturday, March 01, 2014 at 1:30 PM at Maple Hill Cemetery with Ben Atkinson officiating. Interment will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Huntsville, AL.
