Dennis Henderson 82 of Anderson, AL went into the loving arms of his Savior on October 6, 2025.
He was born October 3, 1943, in Lima, OH. He proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Preceded in death by brothers Cary Lee and James Allen Henderson, sister Phyllis Winget, and daughter Denise Ware.
Survived by wife Kimberly of 39 years. Daughters DeAnn Luree of Florida. Dawn Ricker (Jake) and Tonia Carter (Tommy) of OH. Angela Godinho (Steve) and Tara Henderson of CA. 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Father-in-law and friend Chuck Harness.
Dennis moved to Alabama in 2004 from California, where he retired from the structural steel business. Many happy days were spent in the blessed role of “Santa”. He enjoyed his retirement years and was a member of Elk View Church.
A celebration of life will be at Elk View Church on Saturday, October 18th with a visitation from 1-2 p.m. with a service following. Tim Buchanan will be officiating.
