Denise Fletcher, age 52 of Kingston Springs, TN passed away November 21, 2022. She was born in Franklin, TN to Gene King and the late Judy Hood King. She had a love for children which led her to get an associate degree in early childhood development after graduating from Spring Hill High School. After finishing school, she became a preschool teacher and then a full-time nanny. Denise also had a big heart for animals and loved rescuing them. For many years she worked with local shelters and rescues. She had an adventurous spirit and enjoyed traveling, camping, and she was an avid reader. Denise enjoyed spending time with all of the people that she loved so much. She was best known for her fun-loving attitude, her fierce determination, and her generous spirit. She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Minos Fletcher; beloved pets, Frank, Stella, and Buffy; brothers, Tim King and Richard (Shannen) King; sister, Lynn (Rodger) Bennett; nieces & nephews, Buck (Sarah) Bennett, Blake (Tiffany) King, Tanner (Kailyn) Bennett, J.R. King, Cameron (Kelsey) King, and Anna King; special friend, Pam Parker and was loved by a very special group of friends. All that knew her as a loving wife, sister, aunt, and friend will miss her greatly. A Celebration of Life for Denise will be held at a later date.
