Delores Paige Weatherspoon was born to the late Deacon Will Paige and the late Jeanette Crankfield on February 8, 1941 in Muscoda, Alabama. She departed this life on Wednesday, October 18, 2017. She was preceded in death by her loving sons: Anthony Lewis and Tommy Lewis, Jr.; loving grandson: Joseph Savage, Jr.; and her step-brother: Wilbert Paige.
She accepted Jesus as her personal savior at an early age and was a faithful servant.
She leaves to cherish many glorious memories one daughter: Wanda (Kenneth) Fells of Huntsville, AL; one son: Eric (Shelby) Lewis, Huntsville, AL; eight grandchildren: Jomarcus Savage, Huntsville, AL, Anthony (Brittany) McCree, Seattle, WA, Eric Thomas Lewis, Las Vegas, NV, Michelle and Arianna Lewis, Berlin, Germany, Mya, Ian and Eric L. Lewis, Jr., Jacksonville, FL; one great grandchild: Christian Anthony McCree, Seattle, WA; one sister: Annette Muchina, Los Angeles, CA; five step-sisters: Lula Echols, Fairfield, AL, Adella Paige Brighton, AL, Sandra Moody, Brighton, AL and Tywanna Bates, Heuytown, AL; and one brother: William Paige, Detroit, MI; and a host of relatives and friends.
Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at Oakwood Memorial Gardens with Dr. Julius R. Scruggs officiating.
