Delores Fay “Cricket” Galloway, age 78, of Hackleburg, passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at ECM Hospital.
Cricket was a sassy, little woman who worked for years at the Panther Mart in Hackleburg. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Hackleburg. She was considered one of the sweetest women and was a hard worker throughout her life. She is best remembered as “Momma Cricket” by her family.
The visitation will be 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with Bro. Gene Thomas officiating. Burial will be at Liberty Hill Cemetery.
She was preceded by her parents, Six and Effie Lewis; brother, Merill Lewis; son, Frank Galloway; daughter-in-law, Janice Galloway; and mother-in-law, Shellie Galloway.
She leaves to cherish her memory; her sons, Christopher Galloway, Randall Galloway, Phillip Galloway; grandchildren, April Terry, Kayla Galloway, Ryan Galloway, Nicole “Nikki” Galloway, Reanna Cornelius (husband, Jacob), Rebecca Galloway, Alex Galloway, Rachael Galloway; four great-grandchildren; special nephew, Stan Galloway as well as several other nieces & nephews.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
