Delois Maxine “Cricket” Moore, age 73, of Florence, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013.
Visitation was Thursday, October 17, from 6-9 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The funeral service will be today at 1 p.m. at Spry-Williams chapel with Brother Henry Melton and Brother Tony Datuin officiating. Interment will be at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Chris Moore, Shane Moore, Cody Haddock, Jason Wallace, Sammy Crosslin and Ricky Moore.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Moore; parents, Roy and Gladys Pounders; daughter, Debra Wallace; and sister, Roberta Prestage.
Survivors include children, Danny Moore, Dewayne Moore, Tim Moore (Toni), Lynn Haddock (Dwayne) and Jeff Moore (Carla);
adopted daughter, Pat Hamm;
brothers, Gary Pounders and Butch Pounders;
sisters, Barbara McGee, Faye Churchwell and Mildred Davis;
22 grandchildren;
42 great-grandchildren; and
one great-great-grandchild.
The family extends a special thanks to Dr. Holden and Dr. Dobbs, 6th floor nursing staff and the ICU staff at ECM Hospital.
